Access Cabinet - Accessories

	Access Single & Double Glass Door All Access Glass Doors have quick release hinges, 2 point locking mechanism, 4mm thick toughened grey tinted glass with 1.5mm Mild Steel ventilated metalwork finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) bonded to either side. Single doors are available in 22U, 27U, 32U, 39U, 42U and 47U in both 600 Wide and 800 Wide Versions. Usually Supplied LH hinged, Glass Doors can be supplied or converted to RH Hinged. Double doors are available in 39U, 42U and 47U in both 600 Wide and 800 Wide Versions. All Glass Doors are available with a 5-7 Day lead time

	Access Single & Double Steel Doors All Access Single Steel Doors are manufactured from 1.5mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) and have quick release hinges and a 2 point locking mechanism. Available in 22U, 27U, 32U, 39U, 42U and 47U in both 600 Wide and 800 Wide Versions. Usually Supplied LH hinged, Single Steel Doors can be supplied or converted to RH Hinged. All Access Double Steel Doors are manufactured from 1.5mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) and have quick release hinges and a 2 point locking mechanism. Available in 39U, 42U and 47U in both 600 Wide and 800 Wide Versions. Both Single & Double Steel Doors are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

	Access Vented Door All Access Vented Doors are manufactured from pre-perforated 1.5mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) offering a 53% Open Area and have quick release hinges and a 2 point locking mechanism. Available in 27U, 32U, 39U 42U and 47U in both 600 Wide and 800 Wide Versions. Usually Supplied LH hinged, Vented Doors can be supplied or converted to RH Hinged. All Vented Doors are available with a 5-7 Day lead time, with the exception of the 32U.

Access Side Panels
All Access Side Panels are manufactured from 1.2mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) and have quick release hinges and earth bonding studs. Available in 22U, 27U, 32U, 39U, 42U and 47U in both 675, 875 and 915 Deep Versions (915 Deep 42U & 47U Only). All Side Panels are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

Top Options
Other standard top panel options are as follows: Access Plain Top: all panels are non-vented. Access Vented Top: all panels are vented (except in-fill panel on cabinets deeper than 675mm). Access Cable Entry Top: a brush strip panel can be fitted in place of any top panel. Access Fan Tray Top: either a 2 or 3 fan panel can replace any top panel (except in-fill). An intelligent fan panel giving fan speed control and performance monitoring is also available.

	Access Bolt Down Facility / Adaptor Bracket Adaptor Brackets are manufactured from 3.0mm Mild Steel finished in Trivalent and are suitable for bolting down cabinets. In addition, an M12 threaded Boss allows the inclusion of a Jacking Foot or Castor. Adaptor brackets are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

	Access Jacking Feet Set of 4 Jacking Feet suitable for levelling Access Racks. Must be used in conjunction with Access Adaptor Brackets. Jacking Feet are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

	Access Castors Set of 4 heavy duty Castors with locking facility. Must be used in conjunction with either Adaptor Brackets or Mounting Plinth. Castors are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

	Access Mounting Plinth All Access Plinth Corners are manufactured from 3.0mm Mild Steel finished in Trivalent. Kick Plates (Packed Separately) are manufactured from 1.2mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y) Available in 600 and 800 Wide in both 675, 875 and 915 Deep Versions. All Plinths are available with a 5-7 Day lead time. Please Note - Jacking Feet and/or Castors must be ordered separately.

	Access Stabilising Plinth All Access Stabilising Plinth Corners are manufactured from 3.0mm Mild Steel, Runners from 2.0mm Mild Steel finished in Trivalent. Kick Plates (Packed Separately) are manufactured from 1.2mm Mild Steel finished in Light Grey Powder Coated Texture (NCS1502-Y). Available in 600 and 800 Wide in both 675, 875 and 915 Deep Versions. 6 off Jacking Feet included.Optional Castors available - order separately. All Stabilising Plinths are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

Access Standard Baying Kit
Baying Kits are manufactured from 2.5mm Mild Steel finished in Trivalent. Suitable for all Access Racks Without Side Panels, Baying Kits are supplied in packs of 6 with fixings and are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

Access Side Panel Baying Kit
Side Panel Baying Kits are manufactured from 1.5mm Mild Steel finished in trivalent. Suitable for all Access Racks With Side Panels where the upright extrusion is not pre-drilled, Baying kits are supplied in packs of 4 with fixings and are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.

Access Bolt Through Kit
Bolt through Kits are the preferred method of baying suites of Access Racks with Side Panels in Situ. The kit consists of a set of three M8 x 70 Screws, Nuts and Washers, finished in Zinc Plate and Yellow Passivate. Suitable for Access Racks With Pre-drilled extrusion, Bolt through kits are available with a 5-7 Day lead time.
