Terms and Conditions for Acceptance of Goods for Recycling

• Products are not considered to be scrap or waste until Cooper B-Line Ltd has received, assessed and confirmed the product status.
• Products returned to Cooper B-Line Ltd must not be contaminated with biological, chemical or radioactive materials.
• Deliveries containing products not supplied by Cooper B-Line Ltd, or products not covered by the WEEE directive will not be accepted (if in doubt please contact Customer Services on either +44 (0)1278 788000 or sales@cooperbline.co.uk
• Please clearly state the “Goods Return Number” provided by Customer Services on the accompanying paperwork. Failure to do this will see Cooper B-Line Ltd refusing delivery of the goods.
